About The Position
The Retail Stock Associate helps keep the store running smoothly by maintaining stocked shelves, handling deliveries, and supporting inventory and stockroom operations. The role includes staying active and completing a variety of tasks, including work in stores and backrooms.
Requirements
- Clean driving record for the past 39 months.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
- Ability to lift 60 pounds.
- Previous stockroom or warehouse experience.
- Good time-management skills and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill stock orders and deliver merchandise to terminal stores.
- Count incoming merchandise and report shortages or overages to management.
- Receive and unload truck deliveries.
- Replenish stock on the sales floor.
- Assist with inventory checks and reconcile variances.
- Notify management about out-of-stock merchandise.
- Maintain a secure stock area and protect company assets.
- Assist with stocking in stores and backrooms.
- Help ensure a safe and clean environment for employees.
- Assist with trash removal and recycling.
