About The Position

Rooms To Go is hiring a Retail Stock Associate to work in its retail stores. This fast-paced role involves packaging, wrapping, and loading customers’ furniture purchases; arranging showroom furniture at the direction of designers and managers; and maintaining showroom appearance and cleanliness. The position offers opportunities to grow within the company. The role requires lifting, loading, unloading, and/or assembling furniture, and the associate must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly each day. The schedule is flexible and includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. General cleaning and maintenance experience is preferred; prior furniture or janitorial experience is a plus. Starting pay is $15–$16 per hour, depending on experience. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a repetitive daily basis.
• Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• General cleaning and maintenance experience is preferred.
• Prior furniture and/or janitorial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
