Retail Stock Associate
About The Position
Rooms To Go is hiring a Retail Stock Associate to work in its retail stores. This fast-paced, multifaceted role involves packaging, wrapping, and loading customers’ furniture purchases; arranging furniture in the showroom at the direction of designers and managers; and maintaining showroom appearance and cleanliness. The position requires lifting, loading, unloading, and/or assembling furniture. The schedule is flexible and includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Starting pay is $15–$16 per hour, depending on experience. Medical, dental, vision, and other benefits are available based on hours worked. The company describes opportunities for team members to grow into store management or sales roles.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively on a daily basis.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice To Haves
- General cleaning and maintenance experience is preferred.
- Prior furniture and/or janitorial experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
