About The Position

Rooms To Go is hiring a Retail Stock Associate to work in its retail stores. This fast-paced, multifaceted role involves packaging, wrapping, and loading customers’ furniture purchases; arranging showroom furniture at the direction of designers and managers; and maintaining showroom appearance and cleanliness. The position may suit candidates with retail experience or those starting out. The company describes opportunities for team members to grow into store management or sales positions.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively on a daily basis.
• Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• General cleaning and maintenance experience is preferred.
• Prior furniture and/or janitorial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Package, wrap, and load furniture purchases for customers.
• Arrange furniture in the showroom at the direction of designers and managers.
• Maintain showroom appearance and cleanliness.
• Lift, load, unload, and/or assemble furniture.
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance.
