About The Position
As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you will help maintain high standards and keep the store operating smoothly in a fast-paced environment. You will motivate and support the team, take responsibility for the shop floor, and manage store operations and colleagues when the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager are absent. The role offers the responsibility to develop as a leader, with training and opportunities to progress.

Responsibilities
- Motivate and support the team, learning from Lidl's Leadership and Company Principles.
- Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks.
- Create an environment where colleagues can succeed.
- Manage store operations and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
- Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly.
- Provide customers with the best possible experience whenever they visit the store.
