•$15 - $16•Onsite

About The Position

The Retail Scan Associate visits assigned local retail stores weekly to collect in-store product data. Using a downloadable app on a mobile phone, the associate scans product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations throughout the store, including end caps, and records quantities for about 45% of the products scanned. The collected data is analyzed to help improve product and retailer sales performance. The associate completes weekly display scanning across the entire store and may perform custom projects that provide additional details about products in their main stocking locations. These projects occur almost every week and can add 30 minutes to two hours of work per store. Associates must meet weekly deadlines and visit stores on the assigned schedule. The role offers independent work and some flexibility in hours, with ongoing physical activity during shifts. This is a permanent part-time position. Base hours average four hours per week across all stores, depending on store size and workload. Additional hours, typically one to two hours per week per store, are frequently assigned for special projects, with greater demand from January through June. The listed route is a grocery store in Fort Stockton, Texas, with work available Wednesday or Thursday. Work is performed weekly for 52 weeks per year, including holiday weeks.
