Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Be fully knowledgeable about EILEEN FISHER clothing and fabrics.
• Maintain and expand a personal customer book.
• Maintain a high level of initiative, motivation, and self-direction.
• Process customer shipments and damages.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain high standards for the sales floor and merchandise.
• Assist with stock work.
• Help keep the store running smoothly as needed.
