About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for the Yardbird outdoor furniture department, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. You will maintain expert-level knowledge of Yardbird’s furniture to help customers elevate their outdoor living spaces with high-quality, sustainable products. You will also use effective time management strategies to optimize daily tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related fields
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of experience working in the furniture industry
• Luxury brand or other premium product retail or design experience
