About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist at Spectrum, you will represent the company in retail stores and promote and sell its products and services to existing and new customers. The role focuses on improving the customer experience and delivering exceptional customer care while meeting sales, service, and operational goals. Compensation is $18.00 per hour base pay, with the potential to earn $22.50 per hour through commission and incentives. The position also offers free and discounted internet, TV, and mobile services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• Comfort using personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms, and proficiency with computer applications.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks, and handle change effectively.
• Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Effective communication with employees and customers in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building partnerships across the organization.
• Self-motivation, a competitive spirit, and desire to exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.

• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions, and visual standards while minimizing product losses.
