About The Position

As a part-time Retail Sales Specialist at Spectrum, you will represent the company in its stores and promote and sell products and services to new and existing customers. The role focuses on enhancing the customer experience, meeting sales and operational goals, and providing attentive customer care. Compensation is $20.00 per hour base pay, with the potential to earn $27.02 per hour through commissions and incentives. Employees can also receive free and discounted internet, TV, and mobile services.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
Comfort using personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms, and proficiency with computer applications.
Basic math skills.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Ability to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks, and handle change effectively.
Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced team environment.
Effective communication with employees and customers in person, by phone, and in writing.
Strong interpersonal skills for building partnerships across the organization.
Self-motivation, a competitive spirit, and a desire to exceed sales goals.
