About The Position

The Sales Specialist 1 executes the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model to create a positive guest experience that encourages repeat visits. The role drives sales performance by meeting targeted Sales Per Hour (SPH) and company KPIs while maintaining high guest satisfaction, as measured by survey results. It also helps maintain showroom visual merchandising standards and supports overall store operations.

Responsibilities

Drive sales performance against targeted SPH and company KPIs while achieving high guest satisfaction.
Meet individual sales performance expectations, including SPH and applicable company KPIs.
Analyze daily sales results, partner with leadership on behavioral expectations, and develop monthly proficiency plans using company sales reporting tools.
Promote a positive, guest-focused store culture that supports revenue objectives and brand standards.
Execute style guide directives; oversee merchandising and labeling; and ensure Sales Merchandising Fundamentals are completed on the showroom floor.
Maintain inventory accuracy and follow company asset protection and loss prevention standards.
Assist with furniture assembly and preparation according to company guidelines.
Use company systems and tools effectively while following established operational processes and procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support store operations and enhance the guest experience.
