About The Position

MobileOne, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to proactively engage customers, identify their wireless needs, and sell devices, plans, accessories, and protection solutions. The role is based at McCarthy Ranch. Representatives work toward monthly performance goals in a competitive, goal-driven retail environment and develop their sales skills through coaching, accountability, and repetition. They represent the brand professionally and help maintain a store environment that reflects excellence. The position offers an earning potential of $26.32–$27.17 per hour, uncapped commission, and a $700 ramp-up bonus with guaranteed minimum 10% commission to help new hires start. Additional earnings may include monthly SPIFFs and incentives, a referral bonus, and bilingual compensation. Requirements

Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
