About The Position

MobileOne, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to proactively engage customers, identify their wireless needs, and sell devices, plans, accessories, and protection solutions. The role is based in a competitive, goal-driven retail environment, with daily coaching and accountability to help sharpen sales skills and meet or exceed monthly performance goals. Representatives are expected to represent the brand professionally and maintain an excellent store environment. The posting lists an earning-potential range of $22.60–$30.01 per hour, an uncapped commission structure, a $700 ramp-up bonus, guaranteed minimum 10% commission while starting, monthly incentives, referral bonuses, and bilingual compensation.
