About The Position

The Retail Sales Representative works in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment as a connection between customers and the T-Mobile brand. The role involves learning about wireless products and pricing plans, building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues, and providing customer support. The posting advertises base pay and commission, with potential total earnings of up to $20 or more per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 6 months of experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
Professional, energetic, honest, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
Ability to problem-solve, analyze results, plan for the future, and make sound decisions.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to stand for long periods on the sales floor.
Ability to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by greeting customers, answering phones, and assessing customer needs.
Drive monthly revenue goals by acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing accounts, identifying revenue opportunities, and meeting quality metrics.
Build relationships with TCC Wireless employees and customers across business channels.
Work with store management to open, close, and operate the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits in accordance with operational controls.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Maintain the store, back room, restrooms, and individual work area according to retail standards.
Explore customer needs and support service activations, service changes, bill payments, equipment replacements, accessory sales, price plan changes, and upgrades.
Achieve assigned performance metrics.
