About The Position

The Retail Sales Representative works in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment and serves as a connection between customers and the T-Mobile brand. The role focuses on customer service, building lasting customer and colleague relationships, understanding wireless devices and pricing plans, and contributing to store revenue and performance goals. The position also supports day-to-day store operations and maintains the retail facility according to company standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of retail and/or sales experience with a strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Professional, energetic, honest, patient, and empathetic approach.
• Ability to problem-solve, analyze results, plan for the future, and make sound decisions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for long periods on the sales floor.
• Ability to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by greeting customers, answering phones, and assessing customer needs.
• Drive monthly revenue goals by acquiring new accounts, maximizing existing accounts, identifying revenue opportunities, and meeting quality metrics.
• Build relationships with TCC Wireless employees and customers across business channels.
• Work with store management to open, close, and operate the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits in accordance with operations control standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain the store, back room, restrooms, and individual work area according to retail store standards.
• Explore customer needs and assist with service activations and changes, bill payments, equipment replacement, accessory sales, price plan changes, and upgrades.
• Achieve assigned performance metrics.
