About The Position

The part-time Retail Sales Representative works in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment and serves as a connection between customers and the T-Mobile brand. The representative provides customer service, builds lasting relationships, understands wireless devices and pricing plans, and helps customers with activations, account changes, bill payments, equipment replacement, accessories, price plan changes, and upgrades. Compensation includes base pay and commission, with the posting advertising potential earnings of $20 or more per hour all in.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 6 months of experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
Professional, energetic, honest, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
Ability to problem solve, analyze results, plan for the future, and make good decisions.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to stand for long periods on the sales floor.
Ability to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, answer phones, assess customer needs, and provide world-class customer service.
Drive monthly revenue goals by acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing accounts, identifying revenue opportunities, and meeting quality metrics.
Build relationships with TCC Wireless employees and customers across business channels.
Work with store management to open, close, and operate the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits in accordance with operational control standards.
Comply with company policies and procedures.
Maintain the store, back room, restrooms, and individual work area according to retail store standards.
Explore customer needs and assist with service activations, account changes, bill payments, equipment replacement, accessory sales, price plan changes, and upgrades.
Achieve assigned performance metrics.
