About The Position

The Retail Sales Representative connects customers with the T-Mobile brand in a fast-paced retail environment. The role focuses on delivering customer service, building lasting customer and colleague relationships, and helping customers with wireless products, plans, and services. The representative works with store management to operate the retail facility, maintain store standards, comply with company policies, and meet assigned performance metrics. Essential functions must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 18 years of age.
At least 6 months of retail and/or sales experience with a strong customer focus.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
Professional, energetic, honest, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
Ability to problem-solve, analyze results, plan for the future, and make sound decisions.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to stand for long periods on the sales floor.
Ability to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, answer phones, assess customer needs, and provide world-class customer service.
Drive monthly revenue goals by acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing accounts, identifying revenue opportunities, and meeting quality metrics.
Build relationships with TCC Wireless employees and customers across business channels.
Work with store management to open, close, and operate the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits according to operational control standards.
Comply with company policies and procedures.
Maintain the store, back room, restrooms, and individual work area according to retail standards.
Explore customer needs and support service activations, account changes, bill payments, equipment replacement, accessory sales, price plan changes, and upgrades.
Achieve assigned performance metrics.
