About The Position
As a Retail Sales & Recovery Colleague, you create a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and attention to detail. You help keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and ensuring the sales floor is customer-ready. Your friendly, approachable attitude helps foster a warm environment and supports the team in achieving sales goals through consistent, high-quality service. The role includes preparing the sales floor for customers, staying informed about goals, new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions, and engaging customers with a warm welcome and personal conversations. Throughout the day, you maintain a shoppable space by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. You share Loyalty program benefits, help customers complete their visit, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver individual and store results. The position requires talking, lifting, moving, standing, reaching, and using computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and a cash register. Requirements
- Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Have flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
