Seasonal Retail Sales and Recovery Associate, Oxmoor
About The Position
As a Retail Sales & Recovery Colleague, you create a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and attention to detail. You help keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and ensuring the sales floor is customer-ready. You foster a warm environment that invites customers to return while supporting your team in achieving sales goals through consistent, high-quality service. Colleagues prepare for each day by wearing their name badge, greeting coworkers, getting the sales floor ready, and reviewing goals, new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions. On the floor, they welcome customers and build friendly, personal conversations. Throughout the day, they recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and provide a sincere thank-you. Colleagues support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration, strive to improve, take pride in their work, achieve sales goals, and learn from one another to deliver individual and store results.
Requirements
- Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Have flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
- Be resourceful, adaptable to changing priorities, able to work independently, and effective in a team.
- Be comfortable handling electronic devices.
- Meet physical requirements that include talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands; standing for at least two consecutive hours; lifting at least 25 pounds; stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level.
- Have close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequently use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and be able to process register transactions.
Responsibilities

- Tidy and recover fitting rooms and the sales floor throughout the day.
- Review goals, new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions to stay informed and ready to sell.
