About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Recovery Associate, you help create a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and attention to detail. You keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. You support sales goals through friendly, high-quality service and help create an environment that encourages customers to return.

You prepare for the day by reviewing goals, new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions. Throughout the day, you welcome and assist customers, maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. You share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Colleagues are expected to support one another, collaborate, take pride in their work, and continue learning to improve individual and store results.

This is a seasonal position. The posting does not specify a fixed weekly schedule; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. The role requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
