Retail Sales & Merchandising Representative
About The Position
The Retail Sales & Merchandising Representative promotes nationally distributed products for CROSSMARK’s clients in convenience and retail stores. The role involves building and maintaining professional relationships with store management and associates, supporting product sales and merchandising, and helping ensure products are presented accurately and competitively. The representative works independently across multiple stores in a territory and uses a smart device as part of the work. The role offers paid training, weekly pay, reimbursement for drive time and mileage, and a flexible daytime schedule with no evenings or weekends.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be comfortable using a smart device.
- Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
- Physical ability to regularly lift 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
- Must be willing to transport required materials.
Nice To Haves
- Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
- Sell products and build product displays.
- Stock shelves with products.
- Build rapport with store management and staff.
- Ensure planogram compliance, including correct pricing and signage.
- Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
