About The Position

The Retail Sales & Merchandising Representative promotes nationally distributed products in convenience and retail stores. The role involves building and maintaining professional relationships with store management and associates, gaining shelf placement for products, supporting sales and merchandising, and helping ensure represented brands are presented effectively. The position offers a flexible daytime schedule with no evenings or weekends and requires travel to multiple stores within a territory.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to regularly lift 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Must be willing to transport required materials.

Nice To Haves

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and promotional items to gain shelf placement.
• Sell products and build product displays.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance, including correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
• Travel to multiple stores in a territory and transport required materials.
