About The Position

CROSSMARK is seeking an energetic and reliable Retail Merchandising Representative to support a well-known client in a fast-paced environment. The primary focus of the position is high-volume stocking. The company provides online training and learning materials to help new representatives get up to speed quickly. Representatives unload products from pallets and stock them on designated shelves, handle product in store backrooms, maintain professional relationships with store management and personnel, and report service visits through a mobile application. Workdays vary by location, with most schedules running Monday through Friday; some locations require weekend availability. The role involves visiting multiple stores per day and requires reliable transportation.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be comfortable using and downloading applications to a smart device.
Must be able to regularly lift 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to multiple stores per day.
Must be able to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
Workdays vary by location; most are Monday through Friday, while some locations require weekend availability.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual ability in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

Unload products from pallets and stock them on designated shelves.
