About The Position

CROSSMARK is seeking an energetic, reliable Retail Merchandising Representative to support a well-known client in a fast-paced retail environment. The primary focus is high-volume stocking. CROSSMARK provides online training and learning materials to help new hires get up to speed quickly. The role involves traveling to multiple stores and reporting service visits through a mobile application. Workdays vary by location; most schedules are Monday through Friday, while some locations require weekend availability.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be comfortable using and downloading applications to a smart device.
• Must be able to regularly lift 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to multiple stores per day.
• Must be able to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Workdays vary by location; most are Monday through Friday, and some locations require weekend availability.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from pallets and stock it on designated shelves.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store management and personnel.
• Unload and load product in the backroom and dispose of trash as needed.
• Report service visits through a mobile application.
