About The Position

The Retail Sales & Merchandising Representative promotes nationally distributed products for CROSSMARK’s clients in convenience and retail stores. The representative builds and maintains professional relationships with store management and associates while helping products gain visibility, remain stocked, and sell effectively. This role suits an energetic, personable, and success-driven individual who can quickly develop strong working relationships. The position involves working independently, traveling to multiple stores within a territory, and transporting required materials. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Must be willing to transport required materials.

Nice To Haves

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Sell products and build product displays.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance, including correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
