About The Position

Air Experts is hiring Retail Sales Representatives/Lead Generators to work inside major home-improvement retail locations in East Brunswick, Piscataway, and Woodbridge, New Jersey. This sales role focuses on engaging shoppers, generating leads, and setting appointments by introducing homeowners to heating, cooling, plumbing, energy-efficiency, and indoor air-quality services. The position offers $20–$22 per hour plus uncapped commission, with stated average earning potential of $20–$30 per hour including commission. The schedule is flexible, with part-time and full-time opportunities and weekend availability required. The role includes paid training and a potential career path into HVAC Sales Advisor roles. Full-time employees are eligible for insurance after 31 days and additional listed benefits.

Requirements

Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
Weekend and some holiday availability.
Reliable transportation.
Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.

Nice To Haves

Retail, kiosk, door-to-door, or sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality.
Educate customers on ARS heating and cooling services and home-improvement solutions as a Brand Ambassador.
Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
Represent ARS with a professional and positive in-store presence.
Support in-store promotions alongside retail management and ARS team members.
