About The Position

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring Sales Lead Generators to work inside national home improvement retail stores, promoting HVAC services, system tune-ups, system replacements, and indoor air quality solutions. The role involves speaking with retail shoppers, introducing ARS services, educating customers, building brand awareness, and scheduling in-home consultations or HVAC services. It is not door-to-door and does not involve canvassing.

The position is located in Wildwood, Florida. Pay is $18–$20 per hour plus uncapped commission, with stated average earning potential of $20–$30 per hour including commission. Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities are available. Weekend shifts are typically required, generally from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and some holiday availability is needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent ARS as a retail brand ambassador with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements to shoppers.
• Generate leads and schedule in-home consultations and tune-ups with service technicians and comfort advisors.
• Promote ARS heating and air conditioning services and support customer education and brand awareness.
