Retail Sales Lead Generator
About The Position
ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring Retail Sales Lead Generators to work inside a national retail home improvement store. In this customer-facing role, you will engage shoppers about HVAC upgrades, indoor air quality, and energy savings, and promote free in-home consultations or schedule tune-ups. ARS sales advisors handle the subsequent sales process. Paid training is provided, and no HVAC experience is required. The role offers a career path into Sales Advisor positions. Pay is $20–$22 per hour plus uncapped commission. Typical earnings are stated as $25–$35 per hour with incentives; these pay ranges and opportunities are not guaranteed. Flexible hours are available, with weekend availability required. Part-time and full-time opportunities are offered. The listed location is Apex, North Carolina, with other openings in Wake Forest, Raleigh, Garner, Holly Springs, and Cary. Weekly in-office meetings are required.
Requirements
- Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
- Ability to stand and walk during the shift.
- Weekend and some holiday availability.
- Reliable transportation.
- Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand.
- Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check.
