About The Position
The Retail Sales Keyholder Lead assists store management in achieving sales targets and supporting long-term business growth through premium customer service and the maintenance of store standards. The role builds customer connections, develops product expertise, supports sales goals, and helps ensure effective store operations. The Lead partners with the Store Manager and internal and external partners on shipment planning, business strategies, and opportunities. The role also assumes the Store Manager’s responsibilities in their absence and supports store functions as business needs require.
Requirements
- High school/secondary school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of retail experience.
- Ability to understand direction and communicate in English.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and management.
- Courteous and helpful attitude.
- Ability to manage time and accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, lift 10 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Use customer-service training principles and build strong connections with customers.
- Understand expectations and achieve targeted sales goals.
- Ensure full zone coverage and develop product expertise.
- Follow retail standards, including attendance, conduct, and Matter of Respect standards.
- Complete daily restocking and maintain merchandising standards.
- Support front-of-house and back-of-house operations, shipping and receiving, store opening and closing, and customization as needed.
- Assume the Store Manager’s responsibilities in their absence.
- Partner with the Store Manager and internal and external partners to plan upcoming shipments, develop strategies, and identify business opportunities.
- Plan and execute product flow, including markdowns, transitions, and refills.
- Perform store opening and closing responsibilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
