About The Position
AT&T is hiring a bilingual Spanish- and English-speaking part-time Retail Sales Consultant in Brandon, Florida. The role focuses on creating meaningful customer connections through personalized sales expertise and helping customers find suitable products and services from AT&T’s full suite. Consultants use a consultative sales approach, work toward sales targets, and earn commission. The position also involves participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. This is a fast-paced retail environment with a schedule between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends. Monthly schedules based on seniority are provided two weeks in advance. Flexibility and openness to change are important as technology and customer needs evolve. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching for employees without sales experience. The advertised earnings range is $48,000 to $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities. Individual starting pay may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training; the stated range depends on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
