About The Position
AT&T is hiring a bilingual Spanish-English, part-time Retail Sales Consultant in Kissimmee, Florida. The role focuses on creating meaningful customer connections through personalized sales expertise and consultative guidance on AT&T products and services. Consultants work toward sales targets and earn commission, with additional starting pay potentially available for bilingual candidates. The position involves working on the sales floor, participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The schedule falls between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. and includes weekends. Monthly schedules based on seniority are provided two weeks in advance. This is a fast-paced environment where flexibility and openness to change help employees adapt to evolving technology and customer needs. AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching for employees who need sales experience.
