Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant - SARASOTA, FL
About The Position
AT&T is hiring a bilingual Spanish and English Retail Sales Consultant in Sarasota, Florida. The role focuses on creating meaningful customer connections through personalized sales expertise and helping customers choose from AT&T’s products, devices, and services. Consultants work toward sales targets and earn commission, with possible additional starting pay for bilingual skills. This fast-paced retail position involves consultative selling on the sales floor, participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The schedule falls between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. and includes weekends. Monthly schedules based on seniority are provided two weeks in advance. AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching for employees who do not have prior sales experience.
Requirements
- Speak Spanish and English.
- Be available to work a schedule between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends.
- Be flexible and open to change in a fast-paced environment.
