About The Position
AT&T is hiring a bilingual Spanish- and English-speaking Retail Sales Consultant in Miami, Florida. The role focuses on building meaningful customer connections through personalized, consultative sales of AT&T devices, products, and services. Consultants work toward sales targets and earn hourly pay plus uncapped commission opportunities. The position includes assisting customers on the sales floor, participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Training and coaching are provided for candidates without sales experience. The work schedule falls between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. and includes weekends; monthly schedules based on seniority are provided two weeks in advance. The environment is fast-paced and requires flexibility as technology and customer needs evolve. The stated annual earnings range is $40,000–$47,000, including hourly pay and commission opportunities; individual starting pay may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training, and the stated range assumes sales goals are met or exceeded.
