About The Position

AT&T is hiring a bilingual Spanish- and English-speaking Retail Sales Consultant for its Miami, Florida retail location. Consultants work toward sales targets and earn commission, with additional starting pay potentially available for bilingual employees. The position is part of a fast-paced retail environment. Consultants help customers on the sales floor, participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The schedule falls between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. and includes weekends. Seniority-based monthly schedules are provided two weeks in advance. AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching; prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but is not required. The stated earnings range is $40,000–$47,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting pay may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training; the stated range depends on meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Requirements
