About The Position
AT&T is hiring a part-time, bilingual Spanish-English Retail Sales Consultant in Kissimmee, Florida. The role centers on creating meaningful customer connections through personalized sales expertise and helping customers choose from AT&T’s devices, products, and services. Consultants work toward sales targets and earn commission. The position involves consultative selling on the sales floor, participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to current and prospective customers. The schedule is between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends. Monthly schedules based on seniority are provided two weeks in advance. This is a fast-paced role that requires flexibility as technology and customer needs evolve. Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training and coaching are provided to those without sales experience. The stated earnings range is $48,000 to $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting pay may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training, and the stated range depends on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
