About The Position
AT&T is hiring a part-time, bilingual Spanish-English Retail Sales Consultant in Brandon, Florida. The role centers on creating meaningful customer connections through personalized sales expertise and helping customers choose among AT&T products, devices, and services. Consultants work toward sales targets and earn commission, with potential additional starting pay for bilingual skills. The position offers 20 hours per week. Work is scheduled between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules provided two weeks in advance. The role is fast-paced and requires flexibility as technology and customer needs evolve. Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching to help employees meet and exceed goals. The stated earnings range is $48,000 to $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training. The range is dependent on meeting or exceeding all sales goals.
