About The Position
At Swarovski, the Retail Sales Consultant delivers exceptional customer service, creates memorable brand experiences, and inspires customers with enthusiasm for Swarovski products while achieving sales goals and contributing to a vibrant team. The role is seasonal at the Ontario Mills Outlets in Ontario, California. The stated pay range is $18.11–$21.14 per hour. The compensation is a good-faith estimate, and the sales incentive bonus program applies to regular employees only, not seasonal hires. The consultant creates emotional connections through product storytelling, builds customer trust and loyalty, and works with colleagues to maintain a welcoming and organized store. The role also involves keeping current on product knowledge and using digital tools to enhance the customer experience. Swarovski provides product and personal training and supports career development, including potential growth into leadership or specialist roles such as Store Manager, Trainer, or Visual Merchandiser.
