About The Position

Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its Sales Team. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, and sharing product information. The role also involves discussing extended service plans and financing options and meeting individual and team sales goals. The position is based at Kay Jewelers Outlet at Ontario Mills Premier in Ontario, California.

Requirements

Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability to work peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.
