About The Position

Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members. As part of the Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides valued customers with a superior experience and helps them celebrate life and express love. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, discussing extended service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability to work peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.
A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.

Responsibilities

Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
