About The Position
Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to help customers celebrate life and express love. As part of the Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to valued customers by learning about their needs, presenting merchandise, and sharing product information. The role also involves explaining service plans and financing options and working toward individual and team sales goals. Requirements
- A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
- Present merchandise and share detailed information about product features and benefits.
- Provide information about extended service plans and financing options.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.

- Base pay of $15.00–$20.50 plus commission on sales; final pay rate depends on experience and qualifications.
