About The Position

Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its sales team. The role provides a superior experience to customers by helping them celebrate life and express love. Sales Associates engage customers to understand their needs, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing options, and meet individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
• Present merchandise and share detailed information about product features and benefits.
