About The Position

Associates help create enjoyable customer experiences, sell footwear, and keep the store neat and organized. The position offers a pay rate of $16.90 per hour and eligibility for the company 401(k) plan.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
• Have open availability during weekends.
• Be fun, outgoing, driven, and willing to work hard.
• Communicate comfortably with a wide range of people.
