About The Position
AT&T is hiring a part-time, bilingual Spanish-English Retail Sales Consultant in Daytona Beach, Florida. The role focuses on creating meaningful customer connections through personalized sales expertise and helping customers choose from AT&T’s products, devices, and services. Consultants use a consultative sales approach, work toward sales targets, and earn commission. The position also involves participating in community events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The work takes place in a fast-paced retail environment where flexibility and openness to change help consultants keep up with evolving technology and customer needs. The schedule is between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., includes weekends, and is published monthly based on seniority, two weeks in advance. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching for those without sales experience. The listed earnings range is $44,000 to $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities; individual starting pay may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training, and the range assumes sales goals are met or exceeded.
