About The Position
The part-time Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant helps customers find products and services that meet their needs using a personalized, consultative sales approach. The role is based at the AT&T Daytona Speedway retail location in Daytona Beach, Florida, and offers hourly pay plus uncapped commission opportunities. Bilingual employees may receive additional starting pay. The stated earnings range is $44,000 to $75,000, including hourly pay and commission, assuming sales goals are met and/or exceeded; individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training. The position works 20 hours per week on a schedule between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends. Seniority-based monthly schedules are provided two weeks in advance. The role involves working on the sales floor, participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching to help employees meet and exceed sales goals.
Requirements
