About The Position

This position is located in - COLUMBIA, MD (DOBBIN CENTER). The role is seeking individuals who are fluent in both Spanish and English, offering potential additional pay for bilingual candidates. The primary goal is to create meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise, utilizing AT&T's products and services to meet sales targets and earn commission. Responsibilities include using a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options, participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility and adaptability to evolving technology and customer needs.

Requirements

Speak Spanish and English.
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
Be flexible and open to change.
Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
