About The Position

This position is located in FREDERICK, MD (RIVERVIEW PLAZA). The role is seeking individuals who speak both Spanish and English, offering potential additional pay for bilingual skills. The job involves creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise, utilizing AT&T's products and services to meet sales targets and earn commission. Responsibilities include using a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The role requires flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, keeping up with evolving technology and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but training and coaching will be provided for those without sales experience.
