About The Position

This role is for a Retail Sales Consultant who is bilingual in Spanish and English. The primary goal is to create meaningful connections with customers by providing personalized sales expertise and utilizing AT&T's products and services. The position involves guiding customers through their options on the sales floor, participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility and adaptability to evolving technology and customer needs.

Requirements

Must speak Spanish and English.
Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
Flexibility and openness to change.
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
Willingness to be trained if no prior sales experience.
