Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
AT&T is hiring a bilingual Spanish and English Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose products and services from its full suite of offerings. The role focuses on creating meaningful customer connections through personalized, consultative sales and meeting sales targets. Additional starting pay may be available for bilingual employees. The position requires office presence at least five days per week and is located at the posted Modesto, California location. No relocation is offered. The work schedule falls between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. and includes weekends; monthly schedules based on seniority are provided two weeks in advance. This is a fast-paced environment where flexibility and openness to change are important. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching for employees without sales experience. Pay is $18.48–$22.46 per hour, plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Commission is uncapped; top sellers who exceed goals can earn $62,460 per year. Individual starting pay within the range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training.
