About The Position
The Retail Sales Consultant creates meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise and helps them choose from AT&T’s products and services. The role uses a consultative sales approach, meets sales targets, and earns commission through sales of devices and services. The position also supports the local community by participating in events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The role is based at the Jacksonville, Florida retail location and is listed as 40 hours per week. Work schedules fall between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., include weekends, and are provided two weeks in advance on a monthly, seniority-based basis.
