About The Position

AT&T is hiring a bilingual Spanish- and English-speaking Retail Sales Consultant in Orlando, Florida. The role focuses on building meaningful customer connections through personalized sales expertise and helping customers choose from AT&T’s devices, products, and services. Consultants work toward sales targets and earn commission. The position is part-time and offers a schedule between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends. Monthly schedules based on seniority are provided two weeks in advance. The work takes place in a fast-paced retail environment where flexibility and adaptability are important. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching for those without sales experience. The stated earnings range is $48,000 to $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities. Individual starting pay may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training; the range depends on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
